Flex schedule, bosses don't micromanage

The turnover is really high, and it's really not a surprise with how poorly managed it is. The HR person doesn't know ANYTHING about benefits; and what's worse, is that she doesn't even care. When I asked about the health insurance, I had to consult with another NEW HIRE to get more information. Also, the pay is ok considering it's non-profit. But once mandatory health insurance is deducted, you barely have a check. Please, if you're considering employment with this organization, and you need health insurance, ask about it first.
