      - a few good and knowledgeable ppl - some marquee customers - gr8 place to be if you make the right noises and know the right ppl

      Cons

      - total disconnect b/w what u do and what u get (semi honorary service expectation) - mgr plays (and is GOD) - "yes master" culture. debates not encouraged. - employee worth = loo roll (pure PR stunt and a differentiator)
