- Freedom to control your own work and processes, very little micro managing - Ideas are listened to and taken on board, very often implemented and tested with the mentality of 'best idea wins' - Amazing work life balance, very supportive of wellbeing and mental health - Unlimited vacation days (really is) - Given all the tools needed to succeed, if a new software is needed to improve efficiency, these are often listened to and incorporated to tech stack - Lots of fun games and a great culture despite spanning 3 continents, around 1.5 hours a week of "fun team time" with online games - A lot of opportunity to progress for successful and hard working team members
