Way to many people in charge. Severe control issues and micromanagement to the detriment of the company and workplace. Overtime 15+ hours unappreciated. Fired me after almost 2 years right before Christmas to avoid paying Christmas bonus and optional and discretionary profit sharing after finding out I got a second job because their pay is lousy. $14.00 after almost 2 years with new hires starting at the same wage. Still allowing bullies and hostile aggressive workplace environment. Manager is hostile as well and a micromanaging insecure control freak.
