Pros
Some of the people there realize that there are tons of problems and try to fix it. Unfortunately they are generally terminated, ignored, or beaten into submission. They have switched some of their technologies so hopefully development quality and timeline improves.
Cons
They treat their employees horribly. Governet missed payroll and skipped several months of paying insurance with out telling their employees. Employees were required to regularly work weekends. Tech management was incompetent lacking basic understanding of programming fundamentals.
