Small Company. Fun co-workers when not working, which never happens...

Cons

Poor management. Zero leadership. Young organization that cannot compete with the big dogs in the same industry. Employees suffer from minimal support and long work hours for exteremely low pay.

Blowhard unhinged CEO flaunts his wealth and surrounds himself with white women. Typical behavior of the billionaires he worships.
