      Pros

      The clients were great, bcbas were awesome, but nothing could make up for the bad parts of the job

      Cons

      Unqualified, incompetent, and completely out of touch management. Terrible pay and no benefits. The clients were great but the upper management didn’t care about them so you’re left just wanting the clients to get services elsewhere bc they didn’t deserve that horrible company.

      Pros

      GoldStar is a wonderful atmosphere surrounded with great hearted people that make a difference everyday.

      Cons

      The only con that I have ran into is the lack of awareness this company receives for the work that they put toward making this world a better place.

      The clients, that is literally it

      Cons

      Horrible management, awful communication, consistent over-working, and some higher staff clearly have their own mental health issues that are not being tended to. This workplace will crash and burn in a matter of years and I grieve for the clients who rely on these programs
