      1. Get good exposure as we can work on different tech stack. 2. Friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      May not get opportunity to work on same tech stack long enough to master it. Eventually becomes like Jack of all but Master of none.

      Great project exposure from day-1. Room for learning many tech stacks and applying them. Friendly colleagues, and experienced engineers.

      Mentorship for Interns is there, but need more guidance and expectations to be set clearly.
