Pros
Lot of responsibility and good opportunities for growth both from a company and career standpoint. Benefits and pay are strong as well.
Cons
Every function runs very thin, so pressure runs high on everyone's expectations. The red tape factor is through the roof as there is a lot of inertia and processes that are unwilling and unable to improve. Makes getting simple tasks completed a total nightmare.
