Given that we are a global company who is headquartered out of the United States, we do our best to think and operate with that global mindset. There is always room for growth and opportunity to do better. If you do have feedback or ways that we can improve, I encourage you to share with your manager, leader, or HR Business Partner. In addition, we are conducting a company-wide benchmarking initiative to review all of our pay structures and ensure that folks are being paid fairly and to market. This includes, but is not limited to, also mapping out clear career progression and levels for every role and function so that the promotion path is transparent.
