-Issues with clients and projects on a daily basis which become a swirl that never ends
-Projects are constantly delayed and behind due to mismanagement of priorities and lack of accountability from both within the company and with outside contractors.
-The buck gets passed around a very small company, those who can't leave the company stay on and those who can move on do so as quickly as possible. Turnover rate of new hires are very high.
-Cutting corners are the name of the game at Gemfind, contracts are highly inflated with work sourced out to the lowest bidder.
-Incompetent and narcissistic leadership who seems to mean well but that facade will quickly fade. The owner is selfish to a fault and has no qualms with going back on his word with both clients and employees.
-Very low pay compared to industry average, employees are costs not assets.
-Morale is extremely low due to a revolving door of employees and a swirl of projects that never end. New projects come in constantly so the money doesn't dry up and the workload is never manageable.
-One thing gets fixed and two breaks.
-Too many to list, stay away.
