Easy to create your own schedule and availability. Lots of interaction with a bunch of different sorts of people. Training on lots of different things available. Different every day. Good for people who don't like routine jobs.

Very hard to maintain a steady income unless you're a driver. Dealing with customers can be a bit of a chore, especially when it comes to the kids themselves. You definitely need to be a people person. Management can sometimes be a bit rude and stress inducing.
