Schedule is good that is all

Everything else is horrible and then some

The only pros are good hours. The only time you will ever be sent home early is if a machine breaks down. If you enjoy having your body destroyed, you'll love it here.

It's a factory It only does 12 hour shifts It's extremely fast paced The majority of people there don't speak English so being an American temp you are the minority (there was only 3 Americans there when I was there) Manage does not communicate with employees, when you're told to go on break it's by another employee It only pays 8.50 an hour! Yes.. that's right.. after taxes you make less than minimum wage at a factory! There is absolutely no possibility for advancement. You have to be brought in from another company to be a "supervisor" which there's no information even available on that
