Our organization is dedicated to continuously enhancing our services and capabilities. We actively seek feedback from our clients and stakeholders and use this information to make informed improvements and address any concerns. We are shocked to hear the statement of “worst IT company “and startled to hear the individual experience you have had with G2 which is very surprising to hear, and for the first time we are receiving such a review. Our policy is designed to safeguard a strong sense of commitment, loyalty and job security; it helps retain top talent within the organization. By committing to stay for a certain period, employees help us build a more experienced and knowledgeable workforce. Our policy of offering Casual leaves annually is designed to ensure that employees have adequate time to rest, recharge, and attend to personal matters, which is crucial for their overall well-being and productivity apart from that the employees are also benefitted from other leave policies as well. Employee wellness check is being done on regular basis maintain a healthy work-life balance and support mental health and all our policies are formulated where employees are valued and prioritized in our organization. Appraisals are conducted annually for every employee, based on their performance and the organization's rating criteria. Financial rewards, such as bonuses, significantly boost job satisfaction. Where employees feel valued and fairly compensated, The bonus amount serves as an emergency fund for employees, providing them with a financial cushion in unforeseen circumstances. This benefit can enhance employees' financial security and well-being. The demands of our clients are important, but so is the well-being of our team. We strive to balance these aspects and will look into ways to better manage workloads, especially concerning weekends and holidays. We have employees working with us for decades with a positive work space culture and employees concluding their tenure on good terms. All our employees, both long-term and short-term, are part of the G2 family, who have enjoyed the highest level of freedom and a flexible work culture.
