      Pros

      This company does tend to work well with schedules. The medical. dental, and vision is a big plus. Don't count on any types of bonuses.

      Cons

      A few bright stars but poorly managed. Reorganized a half a dozen times in a short period, poor business vision, poor implementation, and very poor management.

      The company is too willing to develop custom solutions for customers, often w/o profit.

      Pros

      This is a fast paced company and you need to be sharp to keep up. It is friendly and team oriented here. Evolves to meet new markets/demands. Great opportunities if you are able and willing to go for it. Also, what you think matters.

      Cons

      Market is ever-changing, you have to stay on your toes to keep up. Very fast paced, which can be great but also can be a challenge. If you are smart and hard working, you will like it!
