Pros
The company has been there for long so I had high expectations. I didn't like being disappointed by them and left for good.
Cons
The attitude of the management was awful. They surrounded themselves with people who agreed with them on everything. If you didn't agree with everything the top management said, things would be extremely difficult and stressful for you. Another ridiculous thing was that they often failed to pay us on time. It was hard to survive without a paycheck! Also, there was biased behavior and favoritism toward some employees (the yes-men)!
