If we were falsifying reviews, I guess we'd keep picking on the dedicated team and the CEO! We have definitely addressed past mistakes, work really hard to improve culture, and hit goals that are unattainable for most people and other companies-- weekly. We definitely try not to berate or yell at people who think first and work hard, but the work we do is intense most of the time. As we hit our stride, we're raising our bar of expectations for team members higher every day, so we're not for everyone, and we're okay with that.
