Freo has been one of the best firms I've worked with in my entire career till date. The directors are really good mentors and they care about the personal growth of an individual along side the growth of the company. My work at Freo has fetched me knowledge in domains I didn't know even existed. The approach to solving any client issues is the most strategic one I've ever seen and been a part of.

I personally don't really think of anything that has to be improved as such. Personally the long distance travel was my only concern.

I been working in FREO for couple of years now. I Joined here as fresher and had a chance to work with people who are specialised in different domains. Most important things is you will be part of entire software development life cycle rather than confined to one aspect of it or small module.Secondly ability to explore new horizon is huge, that's an added advantage
