Pros
CIO.com is still a strong, well-known brand. No micro-management within my team. Great, knowledgeable manager and op colleagues. Flexibility to manage own work timing.
Cons
Regional sales team is uneducated about its own products and processes. A white boy's club; promotion is based on who you know (e.g. editorial leader has zero editorial background). PE bought over made everything worse: shifting priorities, dwindling benefits, layoffs without plans.
