      Nice benefits, but could be better. easy work. indoors. easy dress codes. nice atmosphere.

      Cons

      should be more caring to military. just able to go do training. no benefits for it. not room for advancement because of being gone for training.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
