All of us regret joining Forecastera Guys, before joining read this piece: Founder of the Company, Rahul, is a major bottleneck because he lacks technical skills, has no product development experience and has no relevant experience. Here is our assessment of his skills in forecasting industry based on our close interactions with him in the last two years Tableau: 0 out of 10 Excel: 2 out of 10 Statistics, Math, AI or Machine Learning related to forecasting: 0 out of 10 Cloud, saas experience: 0 out of 10 Product development and Engineering: 0 out of 10 Programming: 0 out of 10 Entrepreneur experience: 0 out of 10 Certifications in BI Tools, SFDC: 0 out of 10 How can anyone in the company look up to a person who cannot fulfill any of the criteria required to be a founder for a modern day forecasting company? All of us feel let down and terribly disappointed we wasted our time here. There has been no growth in new customers and revenue. We are sure the company is losing money although we do not know how much. We are unable to understand how other people in management are continuing and betting on Rahul. We are sure he is planning to sell the company but there are no buyers. You will forever regret your decision to join the company. Anyhow there are no openings now because there is no work even for us full time.
