Pros
The team is fun, there are plenty of after work activities for you to spend time with your colleagues. It is a very young and naive environment, great for college students or people who still do not take their jobs very seriously. Great place for dating!
Cons
Call center wages, unpaid extra time. The hardest working teams are blamed for everything that goes wrong like lack of stock or crappy iPhones beyond repair. Promotions are based on who knows who, not in merit or experience.
They try to motivate you with wannabe Tony Robbins inspired speeches to manipulate you to work more and be "part of the family", while being completely underpaid.
It is probably one of the most unprofessional environments I have ever seen in my life.
