Fun, fast paced startup up with huge potential

Flat organization with lots of demanding assignments

Overall great team- people were smart and worked well together. Truly cared about what they were working on, and would pitch in to help out and give advice/guidance to others where needed.

Leadership was non-existent, massive amounts of time and money were wasted, and the direction of the product changed without reason too many times to count. The company ended up with an app that isn't that usable, an extremely small user base, and no worthwhile plans to turn things around.
