      Great engineering team, smart friendly people, interesting/diverse projects, flexible work schedules. Company is bootstrapped, and not beholden to the whims of investors.

      Interesting and challenging engineering work, great engineering team

      Cons

      Chaotic management, politics everywhere, non-engineers who don't know tech at all tries to use AI to replace engineers after laying off 2/3 or engineers.
