Pros

- Free food and drink, you can have anything on the menu/drinks - 1 Hour lunch

Cons

- Long and unsociable hours - Rude, cold, unfriendly staff - Poor level of training - Fake "happy persona" workplace I was sworn and belittled by a couple of staff on my first day for very little things I was new at, they were not very patient and had no problem with shouting and cussing at new staff in front of customers. There was no encouragement if you did get anything right. Very hostile and intimidating environment. Management were disorganised and there was very little genuine positive emotion within the team (except for some employees who may have been friends). The hours were awful, and the staff looked miserable. I left shortly after.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
