Remote work, no overtime and talented team

Cons

Horrible toxic management at the London office who did not know anything about managing employees or keeping clients happy. Everyone was unhappy, especially women as there was clear favoritism towards men. Even recruiters reported negative experiences, no wonder the London office closed down, clients had no faith in senior management. The entire team was put in a room right after Christmas and fired on the spot. No consideration of how it could affect the mental health and families of those fired.
