The company constantly struggles to find the next product or service to make up for this loss, but almost always without success. To make a difficult situation even more tenuous, senior management has a track record of of rushing to market products and services that aren't quite ready for either customers to buy or the store team members to provide. So even those products and services that had a decent chance of being successful often fall short due to the rush to market.
