For entry level this job not only pays well, it gives you a lot experience. People are awesome. Company stands by there product
Cons
Each manager can be different. I had three amazing managers. my buddy at another store was not so lucky and it made his experence a nightmare. I did not feel as though my work ethic was properly merited. I worked for 3 years and did not see a single promotion.
