      Pros

      They have a lot of training programs and interesting plug ins.

      Cons

      Falk does not care about you. They are unorganized and sloppy. They will work you to the bone, expect overtime with no additional pay, and then drop you as soon as they don’t need you. No benefits. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

      Pros

      You travel a lot, and don't spend a lot of the money you make.

      Cons

      You don't get to be home. I was told at most 50% time traveling. In 9 months I spent over 200 days on the road.

      Pros

      The creator is well known in the industry, and it hasn't been hard to grow the business. Also, there are a lot of great people who have helped create the company and you know they have their heart in it to succeed.

      Cons

      With a startup company there are a lot of tweaks which can get messy at times. As long as you enjoy contributing to the evolution of the product, there isn't much cons.
