Pros

The employee cafe has a nice view.

Cons

Maintaining long-standing accounts requires a solid team in the Services Center providing top-notch service to our customers. Without that, there is nothing to sell. The current team has proven their value yet leadership allows the Services Center to be poorly managed and so begins the constant rotation again of staff. Leadership fails to understand that great staff elevate a bottom line.

Pros

Great environment and very flexible. Even though I am remote the team connectedness is good. FEI has good work-life balance, which is excellent being in the helping profession. The mission of the organization should not be overlooked. It is a full social enterprise that supports a nonprofit. Rewarding work while supporting a good cause, who can beat that!

Cons

Pay and compensation is low.
