      Pros

      The founders created an interesting proposition.

      Cons

      Founders no longer involved and new leadership team have destroyed the culture and values. Real shame as the growth trajectory is suffering as a result. Culture is poor. Decision making is poor. Staff turnover is high.

      Some of the best career pathing in banking. Great leadership, fun environment, lots of access to clients and learning.

      Cons

      none to note. as expected from banking, hours can be difficult. Pay is great.
