- Great pay! - Work was good in terms of ownership, challenges, responsibilities etc. - Leadership is good. - You would like it if you like project management, project ownership, customer interaction, healthcare. - Good benefits
Cons
- For a software engineer, the technology that you'll work with are old. Except for a few teams that uses new and cool technology. But the chances that you'll get into those teams are less. - Difficult to get a job elsewhere. Not just in healthcare industry but also in other software companies because of the old technology that no one uses.
