Pros
There are no pros, it is literally better to be unemployed and spending your time studying towards a fulfilling career and a prospect to be employed somewhere where they treat their staff with consideration and support and encourage their development as well as ambition and initiative.
Cons
Management will walk all over anyone who is unlucky enough to have unknowingly signed up to work for them. Boss is money oriented, people don't matter and they are disposable means for him to fill his pockets. They have no idea of how to treat people both in a professional or human aspect, nor do they seem interested in improving for that. They have shown repeatedly to multiple people that they have no idea of what they are doing, and the employee change rate of the company is indicative of this. Their advertised "internship" is a trap. People end up labouring for minimum wage, with no training whatsoever or guidance towards a position or a career goal. Whatever skills you manage to pick up on your own because of lack of support, are hardly transferable and you won't stay there longer for what is the maximum legal limit for how long a company is allowed to pay someone pennies, in order for you to have an opportunity to work towards building any skills technical or soft skills long enough for you to transfer to another job. It is a fake environment with fake people, I would avoid it like the plague, because who has valuable time to waste for selfish, stingy and superficial people. London is full of opportunities, and there many kind people out working for good causes with social impact. Or at least places that will nurture, support and encourage your personal and professional development -this is not one of them.
