Pros
Great place if you're looking for flexibility and friendly people more than earning potential. Though they advertise fully remote work across the board, more realistically only able to work fully remotely once you're top 20% biller and if manager is on-board with it. Varies between teams, though certain managers are more lenient with it. Nice that you can take extended lunches for 1.5 hours, though be careful about using too often if not performing at top level. Decent training given, though lots of it is redundant after your first month and everyone uses the same techniques. Good for someone fresh to the industry to get going quickly but ceiling for potential is 6/10.
Cons
Increasingly "politically correct" and split deals are 50/50 in comparison to other agencies that favour client-holder. High pressure to continuously perform at the top standard regardless of market conditions. Borderline cult mantra to repeat the "values" with arbitrary rewards given out which feel more similar to popularity contests. Favouritism pops up occasionally for top billers though that is norm within the industry. Reliant on core clients and environment doesn't encourage growth beyond doing what pretty much everyone else in industry. Heavy on KPI-tracking, increasingly over time. Got more clique-y too over time and employee chats got taken down unless a manager was in the same group.
