Pros
My work at Encompass was very mission-driven. The needs of the clients were made clear, the impact my individual role had was clearly delineated. As a result, I take great pride in my work. The atmosphere is genial, the human resources department - particularly Sally - is incredibly helpful.
Cons
Sometimes there is not enough communication between upper management and clients, due to fear of rocking the boat. It can lead to some stressful situations.
