Pros
Respectful people. No one is yelling. Clean environment. Good pay. Great benefits. It’s a great place to have consistent pay but don’t expect to grow within the company.
Cons
No training or structure . Management constantly changes . Because there is no training structure, a valuable player that decides to leave the knowledge leave with them. Brazilian based company so they have preferences. No room for growth, they would rather outsource .
