To be honest as a probitionary here it's a bit toxic why? First it is a booking system and there quota is 42 hrs per week with fixed salary and for me as a newbie here is kinda sad that even if you try your best here to teach to students in English but some of them are hypocrite pretending they don't have questions the lessons are quite hard for some of them and that's one reason for receiving dissatisfaction ratings lessons must align with the students need not just make it and teach it analyze it.

Pays your work done, but the invoice. But they respond to emails immediately.
