Pros

- Will push and support you to develop quickly - Have enjoyed every project: every client is interesting - You can be proud of every piece of work you do - Not hierarchal - if you work hard they will give you opportunities and encourage you to step up to the next level - no matter your title. Great to have ownership of projects and clients and be trusted with responsibility which I didn't have at other companies. - A brilliant set of people I genuinely enjoy seeing everyday: a good social scene too - Have regular manager feedback and formalised reviews - Great benefits for a company of this size

Cons

- Very few - If you work hard you're rewarded and recognised for it

Pros

Challenging, fast-paced agency environment - no two days are the same! Fantastic development opportunities. Promoted twice in five years and accessed countless free training opportunities to support my progression. The diversity of the people make the agency. So many backgrounds but all share a passion for making a difference in education. It's not a hierarchal structure. You have a fair amount of autonomy to manage accounts and actively encouraged to make suggestions/bring improvements to the business. I was fully supported during my dad's terminal illness by senior management, my amazing team and even my clients. Was given the time to grieve and never felt under any pressure to return to work which is quite rare in agency life. Free breakfasts, unlimited coffee, summer parties, Christmas parties, private healthcare and your birthday day off are an added bonus.

Cons

Not the place for people that aren’t passionate about education and are afraid of working hard.

Pros

There are some interesting clients and projects

Cons

Bullying and burnout. There is no HR so when these two instances occurred back to back in the space of 18 months, I was entirely unsupported. Despite escalations and incidents of bullying being witnessed by colleagues several times, nothing was done which severely impacted by well -being until the individual left. I was then overloaded with work - trying to service and manage 11-15 clients at one time for 6-8 months with no permanent support given to me. A temp was brought in for a couple of weeks intermittently to support which was counter-productive. This resulted in burning out and getting medically signed off work for two weeks.
