Easypost is an organization with genuinely kind and supportive people. The culture encourages collaboration, and leadership is approachable and transparent. I’ve enjoyed working with a talented team that truly cares about the success of the company and each other. There is a strong sense of trust, flexibility, and respect, which makes it a great environment to grow professionally.

As the company grows quickly, processes can sometimes evolve and change, which may require teams to adapt quickly. However, leadership is always open to feedback and improvements.

Free soft drinks and snacks were an advantage. They helped me to satisfy my hunger when I didn't have time for lunch.

The processes were not well defined. They changed with time, but those changes weren't communicated to the employees in advance. It led to terrible chaos and horrible stress for employees who had to face multiple challenges alone. Please avoid working here if you like a predictable work schedule with ample breaks. You won't get that here.
