      Cool co workers, lots of interaction with customers over the phone.

      Cons

      You do a lot of work and collect amount of money but don’t get bonuses for all the hard work. Systems be down, unorganized, pay rate not good.

      Pros

      Just a taxable form of income.

      Cons

      Everything, Management doesn't care, you'll be overworked. Finding out the actual company you're contracted too pays way more for the same position makes you realize you're losing over 50% of what the pay would be if you just applied directly instead of going through EOS.
