Cons
I worked for them for over a year, and they suddenly decided that someone else was working on my account three days after I had told them that I was unable to log in. Their communication with workers is very poor. Their correction team makes more mistakes than they do corrections, and nobody is interested in it when it happens. They suddenly dropped my pay rate without warning. AVOID AVOID AVOID
