EVERYTHING! Employees are truly appreciated and valued for all they bring to the company by all of management and even the owner. There are holiday parties, Halloween parties, summer parties and more (take place in the afternoon so there is only a half day of work). Every Monday there is a catered lunch for all employees to enjoy. Employees are given off the day of their birthday and get plenty of other vacation time throughout the year. The hours are great, the location is ideal and the environment is awesome.
I can not speak highly enough about this company. To have the owner so involved and so appreciative of everyone is truly rare. A good work ethic and positive outlook does not go unnoticed.
