Pros
Relax atmosphere and nice people to work with. Some of the people in management are nice. Office is in a great location.
Cons
No 401k match, no life insurance, no short term or long term disability and no bonus. We don't have laptops, so forget about working from home. We are open ALL THE TIME! Office is not closed on major snow days or anything. We don't get let out early the day before a holiday. We strictly only get those holidays off. No Christmas Eve, Black Friday, etc. We aren't even allowed to listen to music with headphones!
