An experience to forget - Technical Engineer Designa Employee Review

Technically out if touch, still installing on hardware centric solutions whe GermanyHQ/ EU moved to web technologies years ago. No backups, unconfigured, failing raids, unmaintained customer severs with no system/data best practise. Proposed backup/server maintenance solution- shelved. Tasked with upgrading customers still on unsupported server2008/windows 7/xp, etc. No IT governance framework at the time. Uk Tech doesn't knowledge share. Raised formal grievance for bullying against UK Ops. Miserable work environment with deluded insecure back stabbing individuals right across UK team(you know who you are)
