The company is owned by a husband and wife. The female owner is rude and yells at employees like they are her servants. She manipulates all the employees and pins them against each other. In the short time I was there, several employees quit or got fired due to her terrible management. Everyone there is always playing defense to not be the one blamed for the latest fiasco. Communication between departments is mediocre at best.
