Pros

The current employees are wonderful, it's just a shame they got caught up in this low paying scam.

Cons

First and foremost you're selling poor quality merchandise at Sam's club, Walmart, and Korger. Once your hired they tell you congratulations you surpassed 400 other applicants, when in reality they have interviews everyday to compensate for the extremely high turn over. The pay is awful 7.25 per hr. If your 20% NET sales is greater than the 7.25 hourly then they wipe away the hourly pay and all you receive is the 20% commission. They rope people in saying we want you to be an owner in 9 months or less. But to get to that point you must bring in 3 "leaders" under you and must do that same (pyramid scheme?!).

Pros

Amazing learning in the office in the mornings and love the side by side coaching at the event. it is really neat to see how the systems translate into real life at the event. great people who are truly invested in the growth of the others in the office.

Cons

not too many. i read on here before i started and saw a couple of bad reviews about hours and pay but after being here for over 2 months now i can say i haven't experienced those negatives, I guess everyone has their own opinions. i work 40 hours a week, which is what i asked for with a fulltime job and i love the extra stuff that is optional like team nights and short conference calls where i learn a ton!

Pros

Most of the people there are amazing, really willing to help. There's the opportunity to own an office making really good money in a years time. Very positive and professional in the office. Excellent for learning marketing techniques, how to interview other people and train. A plethora of people in the business from all over the country you can call and get help or advice from.

Cons

You have to work inside Sam's and Costco's at a Roadshow booth for the first year. The pay can be great but only if you work very hard. Very intensive job, don't expect a regular work week, you'll be gone 12 hours a day most days, you'll have to study the material and make calls or send emails when you're at home. It's like business school and a job all in one.
