DataStaff has always encouraged our staff (both existing and former employees) to offer suggestions, bring solutions, and be involved in defining the culture of the company. It is unfortunate whenever a former employee chooses to express negative comments as they move forward in their career, especially when considering the open door policy that exists today and the opportunity to play a key role in formulating an improvement strategy while still employed with the company. DataStaff’s mindset is to create positive energy in the workplace where all employees are respected and encouraged to succeed. We recognize that even in the face of attempting to implement positive change, sometimes mistakes happen. At DataStaff, making an error is not a terminable offense. DataStaff realizes mistakes happen and we hope that we all learn from them, and everyone improves a little from that experience.
Most importantly, we value direct communication where problems can be discussed and resolved in a mutually respectful atmosphere. For any organization to have sustained success, communication must be a two-way street. Collaboration, transparency, and teamwork are essential to our continued success. We firmly believe that with candid, honest discussion, we can address almost every difficulty that arises and develop mutually beneficial professional relationships that continue to move DataStaff and the entire team forward in a positive direction.
