      Pros

      Nice organisation to work. I had a great time and was enjoying. The back office (non consulting team) staffs are friendly and easy to approach.

      Cons

      Its a consulting company, so be ready for any redundancies if the management can't find a role.

      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
