Pros

- An absolutely amazing team, everyone's willing to support each other and provide training/give advice to other members of the team - The flexibility of your schedule and hours worked: start time between 8-9 etc - Encourages creative thinking and takes on board your ideas

Cons

- Minimal parking for staff - Lack of social events or out of office culture - Hard to get to know other people in different departments
