1. HR and manager checks how long you go to loop and lunch breaks. They ask you to have lunch in 20 minutes if you want to go to poo in the office. 2. Managers are worst of all. Very biased to his favors. And manager likes to ask employees to spy on each other instead of focusing at work 3. Too much politics. All entry level employees have to lock the phone in drawers while manager can fiddle with their phone all the time and chat with their families at work 4. No career growth.
